| Your optical prescription is your property by law. Your optometrist will provide you with a copy of your prescription; you simply need to ask for it. You can also request a copy of your prescription by completing the attached form (click here to download) and faxing or posting it to your optometrist, or we can submit your request for you at any Eurovision store. | |

We will contact you when your Spectacles are ready. |
We will contact you to confirm your order, in most cases you will receive your completed spectacles (delivered to your door) within 7 days. You will also receive a full payment receipt which may be claimed on your health fund. Due to the low cost of Eurovision frames & lenses, only very little out of pocket expenses will apply when claiming on your health fund. Eurovision customers will therefore be able to update to a new designer look each year for next |
