• A. NO. Your optometrist is required to provide your optical prescription; he must release it to you by law so you can shop around for the best price on your frames and lenses.
  
  
• Q. What is a valid prescription?
• A. A valid prescription must not be more than 2 years old. If your prescription is more than 2 years old, you will need to go to an optometrist to have your eyes retested. Medicare provides a free eye exam every 2 years.
  
  
• Q. Do you do multi-focal or progressive lenses?
• A. Eurovision offers Single Vision and Bifocal lenses only.
  
  
• Q. How can I obtain a copy of my optical prescription?
• A. Your optical prescription is your property by law. Your optometrist will provide you with a copy of your prescription; you simply need to ask for it.
• A2. You can also request a copy of your prescription by completing a request form (click here to download) and faxing or posting it to your optometrist. Alternatively, simply complete it at any Eurovision outlet and we can submit the request for you.
